Mark and Jill Northcote of Coming to Vancouver Settlement Services Ltd are British by birth
but have lived in Vancouver for a number
of years. Over a 25 year period, Mark
worked for the overseas branches of a
major international bank (HSBC). As a
result Mark and Jill, together with their
three boys, moved to many locations in
the UK, Asia, the Middle East and Canada.
Mark and Jill have a thorough understanding
of the complexities and difficulties of
arriving in a new city without support
systems in place, and know what needs
to be done. They are committed to providing
friendly hands-on help before, on and
after arrival in Vancouver, so that you
settle quickly and smoothly.
In addtion to being an experienced banker, Mark is a licensed Mortgage Broker in BC with ComingtoVancouverMortgages and a member of TMG The Mortgage Group Canada Inc in Vancouver. One of Mark's specialities is working with newcomers to Canada, or those who are considering a move, to explore their various financing options and to find the product, price and lending institution that best meets their needs. In Canada, mortgage brokers work for the borrowers, but the broker's fees are usually paid by the lenders (on approved credit; other conditions may apply).
