We work for you. Our charges are based upon the level of support required for you to successfully relocate to Vancouver.

In Canada most buyers and sellers have their own realtors to help them respectively buy and sell the property in question. As a Sotheby's International Realty Canada REALTOR®, my job would be to work for you to make sure that your property needs are met. The good news is that in Canada, my fees to help help you buy a property, would usually be paid by the seller. As such, you would usually get my guidance and assistance at no cost to you. With regards to helping you find a long-term residential property rental, my fees would be paid by you.
